Shri Infowave Private Limited provides custom website and mobile app design/development services. Refund and cancellation terms depend on the written quotation, project scope, payment stage, and work already completed.

Custom Development Work

Payments made for completed discovery, design, development, deployment, third-party purchases, domain, hosting, app store, advertising, or other consumed work may not be refundable unless specifically agreed in writing.

Cancellation

A project cancellation request should be sent by email to shriinfowaveprivatelimited@gmail.com. The company will review completed work, pending work, third-party costs, and contractual terms before confirming any refund or settlement.

Third-Party Charges

Domain, hosting, payment gateway, app store, advertising platform, SSL, plugin, theme, API, or other third-party charges are governed by the relevant provider and may be non-refundable.
